Clinical Correspondence Workflow Services - NovaDoc

We have designed a variety of services under NovaDoc that recognize and meet the unique needs of organizations of all sizes. Whether supporting an individual practice, PCN, Federation or ICB, Nova’s considerable experience processing millions of clinical documents has enabled a finetuned, standardized approach that ensures consistent, safe processes and the best outcome for the patient.

Ongoing document processing - a streamlined approach to free up GP time by reducing the pressure posed by clinical correspondence. Nova uses a tried and tested structure to process clinical documents on a weekly basis utilising a standardised method that promotes consistency throughout primary care. Fully integrated administrative and clinic support aims to alleviate up to 80% of the clinical correspondence workload for organisations using a standard package and up to 98% on the highest package.  

Backlog clearance Service - Nova understands that increasing demands on GP time, annual leave and unplanned sickness can create backlogs that require additional support to clear. Our workflow backlog service is to bring you back up to date.

Clinical Summarisation Support – Nova offers an efficient method for the summarisation of patient records including those found within Lloyd George envelopes. This service has been designed in line with the target set by the NHS for digitising patient records with a key aim to improving patient safety.

Code Amendment Support – whether because of human error, fluid QOF requirements or data cleansing, Nova is available to support with the bulk amendment of codes in line with any change in expectations.

Medication Reviews - Our medication review service offers both notes reviews and telephone consultations. Our telephone reviews assist you in achieving structured medication review targets. If additional prescribing requirements arise, our team includes prescribing pharmacists who can fulfil them efficiently.
